Letter to the White House. All my life I have always just let the other person be so they could do what they inherited from all the others. My parents, schools, other peers and our legal system gave me the proper since of right and wrong. I grew up and participated in the elections; I married, worked and watched and learned about our world and about life in general. I watched the riots, the bias of others, the helplessness and hopeful- ness. The lean years and the ample years of all types of people. Now having grown older and maybe a bit wiser in my retirement years, I wish to convey my own comments and hope they will be viewed and assessed for the words as they are expressed, com- ments from an older person. The world is facing crisis after crisis and yet we prevail as best we can. I have an Idea and maybe it is just one of many Ideas casted into the pot for considerations. I received the latest email from the White House about saving a trillion dollars over (2) decades. I read most of the Presidents proposal for immigration reform before I got discouraged and stopped reading. Again, I think people try to over think a solution and fix a problem that does not need fixing. Yes we need reform. Yes we need to control immigration. Yes, we need to face all the problems about undocumented workers. Yes, we need people to fix the situations. YET, I say we have all we need to salvage all we have now without going to drastic measures. What I propose should help in a lot of areas and still require limited reform measures. This is what I propose.
