My bankers tell me that I will lose a net amount of Rs 146/- if I try to encash the cheque in the bank because of the Outstation collection charges, Service charges, Surcharge on Service charges etc. Hence I am returning this cheque to you by post. Please give me permission to let me keep the 200 steel staplers you used to secure the cheque to the cover. As the current price of steel is around Rs 40/kg, I hope I can recover the amount of Rs 28/- by selling the steel in the market.
