“Let’s not go beyond what happened and where they come from. We have a reality on the ground and everybody should put their side to solve the issue. ISIL, as you know, claim that they are an Islamic state… but the issue here is that they’re Islamic state they’re fighting against Muslims in Iraq and Syria. I mean, those they’re fighting are also Muslims. If they’re really wanted to be a jihad, they should be directing (their fight towards) different places,” Ozkan said, noting that dictators and rulers who inflict pain on ordinary Muslims abound.
