Let’s start building Sale Specialist School! Delighted to pledge $15 million to build the school if Vic Coalition Govt is re-elected. This new school will be a game changer for students, who are currently based at three different campuses in Sale. We have already purchased the new site and have $4 million in the 2014-15 Vic Budget for planning and design, and stage one works. We have been able to secure a great site here on the Princes Highway just north of Sale, and once complete this school will be the envy of other communities. This project has been one very close to my heart and I am very pleased we have been able to secure this further commitment. The Coalition Government is building a better education system, with 24 new schools, hundreds of upgrades and a record $9.2 billion for school education in 2014-15, $1 billion more than Labor’s last budget in 2010.
