Let’s talk about the facts: In October last year when Bessie Cupp was really sick, Tessie Cupp, chose to convince her to sign her portion of her house over to her so that she would be able to keep the house if Mom passed. James Cupp Sr, who passed away in 2010, made it clear that he wanted the house to be divided by the siblings. Tessie Cupp claims to have taken care of our mother the last 10 years, when in fact, Bessie Cupp paid all the bills including Tessie’s personal and bar bills. For the 10 years that Tessie Cupp was taking care of our mother she did not make any end of life planning except insuring that she was given the largest part of the house. Tessie event went as far as turning Bessie into a drug dealer by having her sell all her extra medications to all of Tessie’s friends. Also, Tessie received a 10 thousand dollar life insurance policy that was seen by the entire family, that she did not want anyone to know about. Now, Tessie is upset with me because I won’t give her my portion of the house. Tessie expects this after telling her story of her peeing on our father’s grave to several people in our family with a smile on her face. I can not in good conscious allow her to end up living in our father’s house who she disrespected in life and in death after peeing his grave. She keeps saying all the bad things that I’ve done, when all I have done was ask her to pay me for my portion of the house or sell the house and give me my portion. I refuse to let her live there on my dime.
