Level 2 5.9.14 Team McGhee: You and your Partners goal: In 30 Minutes complete AMRAP of: 5 Deadlifts (275/185) 13 Push Ups 9 Box Jumps. Partner 2 relieves Partner 1 after a 400 meter run. Score is total Rounds plus times you and your partner complete the 400. Pick up exactly where your partner left off. This is a long WOD, obviously, and very challenging. Choose your weight accordingly. Do not exceed 70% of your 1 RM on your DL. first of our two Hero WODs this month. McGhee was killed in service on May 13, 2009, so today is a great day to do this one!!
