Level IV - Reiki Master Teacher Graduation Ceremony The mission statement of Usui Reiki Ryoho is found in this interpretation of what is written on the memorial stone of Mikao Usui, founder of the Usui System of Natural Healing. “The Reiki method is not only for curing illness. Its true purpose is to correct the heart-mind, keep the body fit, and lead a happy life using the spiritual capabilities human beings were endowed with since birth.” As Graduates of our Usui Spiritual Healing Method and having received attunement as Reiki Ryoho Master Teachers, you are taking major leap forward in your personal growth. You may now teach Reiki to other people and attune them to this wonderful energy, enabling then to also share the healing light of Reiki energy. Reiki’s light becomes even brighter as we make the precepts of Reiki a fundamental part of our daily lives. Those precepts are: For Today Only I will let go of Anger For Today Only I will let go worry For Today Only I will be Humble For Today Only I will be Honest in all I do. For Today Only I will be kind to myself and to others I believe this Initiation is a rite of passage, of passing the torch, the inner candle we call Reiki, as it was passed to my by my master as it was passed to him another master who received it through other masters, as it was originally received and passed by Mikao Usui The light from this inner candle challenges what is sometimes seen as the darkness of disease, depression, fears and phobias, and supports the heart’s vision and simplicity. Remember, Source is the Candle, Reiki is the wick, Attunement is the match, and You are the flame. Take your light into the world and allow it to brightly burn.
