Levis classroom has a guest instructor this week from Union Bank - TopicsExpress

Levis classroom has a guest instructor this week from Union Bank to teach the Junior Achievement curriculum on being an entrepreneur. Levi shared his business plan to develop appropriate video games from a headquarters to be determined in San Diego. He has now recruited two second graders as VPs for his company. He would like to schedule a playdate with them over Thanksgiving break, to iron out the details. For example, during recess they established they need a lot of money to get started, because college is expensive and so is life in San Diego. The Union Bank volunteer gave them paper money to flesh things out; he changed the $1 bills to $100 bills instead (because mom, running a company takes ALOT of money, not $1 bills). He also requested that I print out a map of the San Diego subway system, so that he can familiarize himself with the routes. He said it would be embarrassing to get off at the wrong stop. OH MY WORD ~ THIS BOY IS NUTS! lol
