Lewie the fox from Lewisham 14/08/2014: (He Just Wanted a day out!) Yesterday morning Lewie gave us cause for concern when his breathing seemed very raspy we contacted the vet and it was thought it could be chest infection/pneumonia. In addition to this he hadnt eaten So we booked him in to be examined Higham Ferrers Veterinary Clinic. At 5.30 Lewie was breathing normal and on examination everything was normal, his breathing temperature etc Last night he ate all his dinner and this morning he ate all his breakfast, so maybe he just wanted a day out! On a serious note we will of course keep an eye on him and he his on a course of antibiotics. Although throughout the examination he was settled he did try to bite me whilst there and this is a very good sign.
