Lewis reminds unionist parties of their responsibilities. Firstly I would like to thank each and everyone of you who voted for me thank you to everyone who has helped throughout this campaign, particularly my election agent and fiancé Zoe Connor her support has been vital, I would like to thank my friends William & Robin Watson who were out every night this past two months erecting posters across this district. To all of you who helped me canvass special thanks going to my sister Claire my mum Aaron Gibson and Stevie Maxwell words can not describe my gratitude, also a special thanks to our party press officer john Switzer his guidance ensured this campaign was professional and efficient and give us a real chance of success my friend and colleague Henry Reilly for his help and time as he guided me through this campaign . They say those you thank will forget it in a few minutes those you dont will hold a life long grudge with that in mind thank you each and everyone of you. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Councillor Gareth Graig every success in representing the people of Slieve Croob, unionism needs dedicated representation seeing your faces once every four years isnt enough do what your paid to do represent who your elected to represent party politics has no part in local government. Regardless of my result I am absolutely delighted that because of my transfers unionism could secure two seats in Slieve Croob. It will be an uphill battle I am delighted a sizeable proportion of my transfers will go to Dessie Patterson. UKIPs vote across South Down is certainly a base for an MLA seat in 2016 well over 2,500 votes cast for UKIP in South Down during this election. Again Thank You everyone who put their trust in me i will continue to work on your behalf and for the benefit of the local community arranged meetings next week will be honoured.
