Liam Neeson is back for Taken 3 and after watching this trailer, I cannot wait! bit.ly/1wX3Rx9 My question to you… If you HAD to do something how much effort would you put in? What would it take for you to put in the efforts required to reach your goals? In the Taken storylines Liam Neeson is put into the situation that his family have been put into threat, they have been TAKEN. He has to do everything he can to protect his family and get them back safe. What has this got to do with fitness/ Nutrition you may ask! Well I want to create a vision for you… Your family has been taken and the only way you can get them back and safe is for you to reach your goals. There’s motivation for you, but how would you go about reaching your goals guaranteed? Would you carry on doing exactly what you have been doing? Eating how you have been eating? Training how you have been? OR… Would you do something different: Would you work harder? Would you give more effort? Would you set a plan? Would you employ the help of others? Would you do everything you possibly could to reach that goal? With this I am really pointing out that so many people SAY they want to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, add X amount to a certain lift. But will carry on with the SAME old routine that has been shown to not be effective for them in reaching their goals! Create the mentality that you need to reach your goals. Elicit the change you need to be able to allow yourself to “acquire the particular set of skills” to reach that goal!
