Liberation of Democracy. Democracy has become a prisoner in the hands of a Syndicate . 3 Families have formed a Syndicate to abuse Democracy for Dynasty Rule. They are sharing the Power and Privilege in Bangladesh. 160 million people are hostages in their hands. Their Children and themselves are deprived of the Crown in the current Setting. This is almost like a hereditary rule under the label of Parliamentary Democracy. The main victim is the Ambition in the entire population. This is a dangerous phenomenon and most suicidal as a nation. When hundreds and thousands of children go to school with this notion that they will grow up to be ruled by these 3 families where is the incentive or ambition. They will consider themselves as second class citizens. Even the University Boys and Girls are growing up in the environment and culture of singing praises for these 3 privileged families . What is the level of indignity in a country that has been liberated in a stream of blood of their forefathers ? This kind of colonial attitude and culture are the biggest impediment to the growth and development of leadership in the country. In fact, after long 43 years of independence the nation is feeling totally leaderless when the hegemony syndrome is creating a havoc threatening our Sovereignty and survival. This situation must not be allowed to persist indefinitely if we were to live as a proud Sovereign nation. With this end in view , the Bangladesh United Front has come into existence to provide a Common Platform to campaign for our rights. We must rise against this menacing prejudice that our children have to sing the praise of some chosen families burying their inherent sense of dignity and pride in the country which has been liberated in their name in a 9 months long war of liberation by their forefathers.
