Liberia: Rev.Blamo To U.S. Africa Commander Gen. David Rodriguez Please Establish A Special U.S. Medical Base In Liberia. The Rev. Philip Blamo is appealing to the American government to establish a special medical base in Liberia to help stop the spread of Ebola in Liberia, West Africa and the rest of the world. Rev. Blamo said the medical base will also help coordinate other international aid and relief supplies to Liberia and other West African Ebola victims. Rev. Blamo also thank the President Obama for allowing 4,000 U.S. service members effort to help contain the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. About 350 U.S. troops already are in Liberia to begin building a 25-bed field hospital for infected medical workers — the first of 17 promised medical centers.
