Liberia as a nation has to realize the importance of good governance and accountability. Until citizens themselves can integrate into society the mindset that every man is accountable or his actions and eradicate corruption, The Liberian educational system will not be of standard. Most countries like Britain with great educational systems is simply due to the social mindset ot systems thinking. They believe everything has to be done systematically. The headmaster or principal cannot employ his daughter as vice principal but have a vacancy that aims to award the job based on merit. LIBERIANS HAVE TO CHANGE THEIR MINDEST, CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDES AND REBUILD AT THE COMMUNITY LEVEL. THIS WOULD HAVE POSITIVE IMPACTS ON THEIR COMMUNITIES, THEN DISTRICTS, THEN COUNTIES, AND FINALLY THE ENTIRE NATION.
