Libertarians say 99% know how to behave and take care of themselves...so that leaves 1%, hey 1% have you heard of this group...? If I farted twenty dollar bills any and all governments would take me out to dinner and say "I was well informed" as speaking to them over a plate of taxpayer beans.... And as the ants run in desperation for a plant that is planned to fade away, the elite set high in Elysium laughing and eating organic grows and taking the oils of strains long forgotten by most, only but saved by a thoughtful few slaves.....
