Liberte is still stuck in Guadeloupe with no engine and both sail not working. After only having sailed for a total of only 5 days in the Caribbean we have now almost spent 2 weeks waiting for repairs, and it is still unknown when it will be fixed and we will be under way again once the engine is fixed its onwards to St. Martin to install a new boom and have more repairs made on the boat. The frustration is growing and patient is running out..... Caribbean is not the worst place to be stuck, some would say, but over here every thing is moving a lot slower than what we are used to from Europe which only adds to the waiting time......
