Liberty Walking Tour: Dougherty Historic District Saturday, August 3 10:00 AM-11:00 AM Tour meets at Rotary Park, corner of Franklin and Gallatin Streets The City of Liberty, together with Historic Liberty, Inc., will again host a series of free architecture tours to highlight Liberty’s historic features. These tours, which are a favorite among history and architecture buffs across the metropolitan area, take place on the first Saturday of the month from May to October. They are led by a variety of volunteers, including residents and local historians and feature a different tour each month. Tours are on foot; so, participants are reminded to wear comfortable walking shoes. FREE
