Liberty and freedoms are our birthrights provided by God, not some gift bestowed upon us by our Government. Our politicians have forgotten this simple fact and now seem to believe that we need them in order to live our lives. This could not be further from the truth, our country has never flourished as good as when government gets out of the way and allows the American people to do what they do best, succeed. America is not the greatest nation on the earth because our Government made it so. America is great because the people, who live, fight and die for America hold to the thoughts and promises laid out for us to follow in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The founding fathers gave us everything we need to protect ourselves from an overbearing Government and it is all still right there in front of us if we just have the courage to use it.
