Lieutenant Shaun Klucznik Receives National Designation of Certified Jail Manager Sheriff Al Nienhuis is pleased to announce that Lieutenant Shaun Klucznik has recently earned the national designation of Certified Jail Manager through the Jail Manager Certification Commission (JMCC) and the American Jail Association (AJA). After accumulating at least 500 out of a possible 775 points, Lieutenant Klucznik completed an intensive, four-hour examination that covered topics including management, safety, security, legal, professional issues, communications, special populations and support services. “This was a very extensive testing process and I’m extremely proud of Lieutenant Klucznik’s success in passing such a comprehensive examination,” said Sheriff Al Nienhuis.
