Life Package: Here is a thought for you. We buy into the idea that life will go a certain way for us. That is our LIFE PACKAGE! That usually means the life of our dreams...education, job, marriage, children, etc. You get the idea. Then something comes along and creates a detour. We get knocked off course. The package gets changed without our permission. We feel cheated and betrayed and alone. Thats not fair. Here the problem I see. This whole package idea comes from our culture and unspoken beliefs around us. I do not ever hear Jesus offering people a life package as much as asking questions like--do you want to be well? Just thinking out loud here...
