Life Preserver Ex.32:10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation. This was YHWHs initial plan to deal with and fix Israels breach of breaking the Melkizedeq Book of the Covenant (Ex.19:5-24:8-11). Wipe out all of Israel (Aaron & Sons included) and start over with Moses. But Moses pleaded for the people; YHWH relented -But- there would be consequences. These consequences included loosing their National Melkizedeq Priesthood standing (Ex.19:5-6) and being placed under a more direct, stringent and involved Tribal Levitical Priesthood (Num.3:12, 8:16). There is a huge difference between being a nation of priests and a nation with priests. Yahs Plan A 1st Choice was the Melkizedeq Priesthood – Yah relented allowing a Plan B 2nd Choice. Yes, Both are Torah. You can say that YHWH allowed and installed the Levitical Priesthood, but that was a reluctant permissive Plan B life preserver. It had the Blessing of Yah and was glorious (2Cor.3:11 - for what it was; a stand in patch / a Plan B 2nd Choice bandage) – certainly far better than complete National annihilation. Whoo Who; Congratulations!!! – What a close call is more like it. Then when the House of Israel and the House of Judah couldnt even follow that; YHWH put them (all; even Aarons Sons) under captivity - the House of Judah returned; the House of Israel never did. Although Judah was more treacherous (Jer.3:7-11) than the 10 Tribe House of Israel – YHWHs plan involved the House of Judah that the Messiah would 1 day come through. But we must remember that the Babylonian captivity gave the House of Judah many more pollutions – That we still face today! 2Tim.2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto Yah, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. We are to ‘rightly divide’ the word of truth ie Torah. We must realize that even YHWH’s Plan ‘B’ 2nd choice Levitical Law version Priesthood; He Himself called ‘not good’ (Ezk.20:10-*25). We would do well to realize that Yah has a plan to return us back to Plan ‘A’ it involves Gen.49:10 and Heb.7:12 (Gal.3:19, Heb.9:10 – Mt.6:33/Rom.10:2-3). Gen.49:10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, *until* (a Torah change!) Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. Heb 7:11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise (a Torah change!) after the order of Melkizedeq, and not be called after the order of Aaron? *12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change *also* of the law.* If He never came then; He did not change anything – Everything attributed to Him did not happen and still must be fulfilled sometime in the future. He is not the Melchizedek High Priest, we are not being called into His Priesthood – We have no choice but to adhere to the Levitical mandate from Torah, with all the rigour of observances, sacrifice and ritual; that even the Rabbis dont follow. - - But He did and we are; 1Ptr.2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: - royal/kingly – Hebrew – Melek or Melkizedeq After Yahshuas crucifixion – the temple veil/curtain was torn in 2 (Mt 27:51, Mr 15:38, Lk 23:45); this marked an end to an already broken from Torah Levitical system. Explained; this was ever since the Babylonian captivity, then usurped by the Pharisees (ie Rabbis) of what was supposed to be from Torah a Levitical Priesthood system – That many nonetheless defend and still persist in, but do Not fully follow (with a myriad of excuses); to this day. (See the article; About Atonement on TWR) Conclusion – Yahshua; of the Tribe of Judah can not be a Levitical Priest. For He was born under the law (Gal.4:4). For the same reason (not being a Levite) Yahshua, most of Israel and all of us; can never be a Levite Priest in the Levitical Priesthood. Upon Yahshuas death (Rom.7:1) the Law had to change (revert back) to the original Melchizedek Priesthood. We have no choice – No other option, than to follow Yahshua our Melchizedek High Priest; being called back into the Melchizedek Priesthood.
