Life With Jesus Isnt Easy, But It Is Easier. Matthew 10:34-36 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; and a man’s enemies will be the members of his household. I didnt come to bring peace to the world, I came to bring a sword. Because of me son will conflict with father, mother against daughter, daughter in law against mother in law, you own family. Jesus came to save us, not solve human nature. People are individuals, one man likes this, another that. We all are different. Not everyone will find Jesus, those that do will most likely have someone in their life who doesnt believe. Muslims who find Jesus are shunned by their families, or worse yet killed. The same goes for many religions. We all have to choose Salvation, it is not forced on us, it is instead made available to us. It is hard for me, raised in a Christian family, to understand this passage. I am grateful to my family, and my heritage, for this. I was always encouraged to seek Jesus, I encouraged my children and now my grandchildren. Others are not so fortunate. All the more reason why we must share Jesus with those we meet. In the end we all will stand before God to be judged. The world doesnt want you be saved, dont let others in your life prevent your Salvation, you must make your choice. Better to spend your lifetime in conflict, than eternity. Life With Jesus Isnt Easy, But It Is Easier. Live like Jesus so others can see Him in you.
