Life as a personal trainer is so much enjoyable. Been taking this group of trainees from Asics Running club for PT sessions for about a month. Saw tremendous improvement and great feedbacks from them. THEY JUST SIMPLY LOVE IT THE HARD WAY. Todays menu was about 1.5hr of solid workout with appetizer being 2x1minx(Russian kettlebell swing, TRX low row, kettlebell deadlift with upwards lift, agility ladder with hopping, pull up, bosu ball mountain climber, battle rope, medicine ball push up, box jump, dips with crunches and Bosu ball squats with hopping). Our delicious main course meals consist of two courses with Total abs: 2x1minx(knees crunches, cross crunches, leg raise, cycling cross crunches, flutter kicks, planks, knees pull-in[abs], knees pull-in[obliques]) & legs and arms combo: 2x1minx(jump squats, push up, jumping lunges, diamond push up, jumping jack, mountain climbers, tuck jumps & dumbbell raise). So whats for dessert. You name it we have it. 100 Buddha claps(50slow, 50fast). After everything thats when the Argghhhh sound and feeling came out. Who am I? You sure you want to know?
