Life can be like a winding road, filled with sharp turns , unexpected bumps, and steep hills . At times we may anxiously clutch the wheel; at others , we relax and enjoy the ride . Occasionally , we may need to pull off the road and simply catch our breath. Meditation allows us to catch our breath and relax into our life experience. We let go of worry and stress and come home to the peace and wisdom of God, where true freedom lies. Centered in God, we accept and appreciate whatever life brings. Happy Saturday 😘
