Life has been changing so much for me lately, so last Sunday, I really decided to change things up in the gym and add a certain degree of difficulty to familiar exercises. Change in life is usually needed when there is a lack of BALANCE. Without balance, normal day to day struggles may seem even worse than they really are, and the pressure could cause us to collapse, suffocate, or fall into a hole we cannot get out of. This workout isnt just about balance (as in standing on one foot) but being able to perform certain exercises in extreme conditions, such as the lifts I perform standing on the bosu ball. Here is the circuit, which was completed 3x -behind the neck push press x10 8 6 -high pulls/ hang clean on bosu x3-4 of each (equal number based on grip and balance) -windshield wipers x10-12 Stay tuned to the newz feed for part 2 and 3 of the Balance OVER pressure series that will be dropping in the next few days.
