Life has been wild this week, time is flying, I have had so many - TopicsExpress

Life has been wild this week, time is flying, I have had so many things to do. Tomorrow morning we will be arriving at the hospital around 7am. Lake is passing out right about now (12am) and has eaten more food than normal, thank goodness as she will be without food all day tomorrow. Tomorrow they will be doing: 1. Tricuspid Valve Repair (Ebsteins Anomaly Repair) and I am praying her surgeon will be able to repair her valve perfectly with her own tissue. 2. Pulmonary Valve Repair/Replacement and I am praying that wether he is able to repair her valve with her own tissue or needs to replace it with a cadaver valve, that it would be in His plan and for ultimate healing. Go according to plan and be an easy repair. 3. ASD closure would go perfectly and assist in the healing of her heart repair. 4. That her Factor II blood mutation or anything else will not hinder her. That she will not be at risk or suffer from any sort of stroke or blood clot damage. 5. That Lake will not have too much scar tissue or bleeding during or after the surgery. That everything in the surgeons plan will go accordingly. 6. Should an emergency arise that the Lord - God Almighty - will provide her surgeon and medical team with the quickest and best solutions for Lake. 7. Lakes heart will be repaired. Lake will wake up well from the surgery. Lake will become well and happy and recover from surgery easily. Lake will have an {almost} normal heart - as normal as she could have and be without excruciating pain. 8. That Lake, her cardiothoracic surgeon, medical team, anesthesiologist, care takers, nurses, cleaning crew, feeding team, child life, were all gifted by God to be specially prepared for Lakey Lou. That Lakey Lou will learn how to give back - to people who are like all of the wonderful staff at Cook Childrens as well as her amazing cheerleaders of family and friends - who she loves, adores, has met and the ones that cheer her on from Facebook! This photo was taken tonight as I bathed her to prep for tomorrows surgery. She was being cheered on by many... just like the rest of her life. She had bubbles, cookies, meat, bagels, songs, family time, kisses, popsicles, milk, snuggles, bath, playtime, sparkle light sabers and peek-a-boos tonight. It may have been the best night of her life, but only so far. :) She is - WE ARE - Blessed. Love you all, its been a bonkers week... and I am posting this when I should be sleeping.
