Life is Crazy!!! Its a New Year and I am predicting close to 1,000 posts talking about new year, new me, not putting up with the BS in 2015, Blah, Blah, in all actuality none of you can wake up a different person. You are you! accept yourself for who you are despite what others say is wrong with you. Most people dont give their selves the self-love and self-care they need. I too am guilty of such atrocity. Its so easy now a days to lose yourself in your career, your life, and your relationships that you forget to sit back and realize the complaining the whining the subtle attempts to change the things in your life that serve no purpose what so ever do nothing but complicate matters even more. its not about fighting against the world to express ourselves or to get what we want. self-love and self-care are about loving ourselves for who we are and taking the time to care for ourselves. own your own power, acting from a place of kindness towards ourselves and taking the time to remind ourselves of this power and such kindness. You would be surprised how essential it is to do so to live a genuinely happy life. theres nothing selfish about that. when you practice this you would be surprised by the changes in your life. Be YOU in 2015. make it up to yourself, stop listening to other people tell you what your flaws are and let the ones around you that truly love you for you, LOVE YOU!!!
