Life is Great! Yesterday I posted a silly status about how I was going to start focusing entirely on the negative for the next six months, as a social experiment to see how it impacted my life. I was kidding and not intending for anyone to take me seriously! Well, it did turn into a social experiment but differently than I expected. I got a ton of feedback, imploring me to not do it! I was actually very touched and humbled by the genuine concern expressed. I want to acknowledge people for four things - each equally ... 1) the people who reached out to me, out of legitimate worry for my well-being, to discourage such an endeavour, 2) the people who asked me to rethink the plan because my regular positive posts make a difference for them, 3) the people who realized I was joking and, therefore, made hilarious comments, 4) the people who followed through on my request to tag me in terribly tragic news posts, etc (Dont worry - I did not actually read them, though I did jump to the comments section for pure shock value.) Thank you all!! Another observation. Wild that the restaurant I went to randomly had HAPPINESS ALWAYS on the big sign out front! Plus, just to make sure I recognized what I could have walked into, I was then presented with an encounter with one of the most negative people I can imagine and watched in real time as they anti-alchemized everything into shit. It could not have been better timed :) So, needless to say but saying it anyway .... you can count on me to continue my usual stream of awesomeness posting ;) HEEEEEEEEEEERES JOHNNY!!!
