Life is Now by Eckhart Tolle. This is so beautiful and I have discovered so much here. I really need a lot of work in this area!!! Living in the NOW!! Starting right now, I am going to enjoy the journey and smell the flowers and see the beauty in the small things in my daily, mere and present existence more often than I have been. We live the moments of our lives in the fast lane, always thinking of where we are going more than where we are in the present. Some excerpts: “When you always live towards the future, you live your life trapped. Your life consists entirely of the present moment. Your entire life consists of the present moment. Your life is never not this moment. Even when you remember the past, you can only remember it now. And when you think about the future, you can only think about it now. But people live as if the present moment were an obstacle that they need to overcome in order to get to some better point, which never arrives. So that’s a mad way to live and it makes living hard. It makes living into an effort. The present moment is all we ever have. Have your dwelling place in the NOW. Always say yes to the present moment. End the delusion of time. The more you are focused on time, the past and the future, you miss the most precious thing…. Now… the only thing there is. You can only be free NOW. “
