Life is a process of discovery. Along the path we find out so much about ourselves and those around us. Some of it isnt pretty, lets be honest. Some of it we try to hide below the surface so it doesnt get seen but the truth is that nothing goes unnoticed. We know the truth that lies below the surface. We must get beyond what has happened in the past and forgive ourselves of our own wrong doings. We are not perfect, we make mistakes but we allow the mistakes to perpetuate when we hide from them and punish ourselves. Forgive yourself for all that you have done, forgive those that have wronged you. Have that internal conversation and release yourself and others of all blame.
