Life is busy for Victoria, from early morning, till she comes home from school and sometimes in the evening with appointments, visits from friends, outings with friends or other activities. Her academic world is a jointly arranged effort between the staff at her school, her friends and me. We are connected by our cell phones on a moment to moment basis if she ever needs help. If you dont know Victoria it is almost impossible to recognize her physical problems with sight, sounds and sensation on the right side of her body. I trust the compassionate staff at her school to consciously notice any difficulties Victoria experiences and to provide that information to me even when she may not want me to know. Her school has developed and demonstrates humanity toward Victoria at this critical time in her life. Loving care transcends all around her. A caring, heartfelt urgency to assist Victorias call for help and attentions in her time of need gives her school an opportunity to make a difference in her life. I love when she is home. I also love that she is determined to keep going to school every day even if staying home would make her life easier. We have so much to be thankful for this holiday season. To all who help Victoria succeed at school. Thank you for the gift of compassion.
