Life is full of darkness and pain. No matter what we do, we are surrounded by it, but its that pain, that darkness, that molds us. When we win in anything we do learn lessons but when we lose, we not only learn lessons but we learn character. Allow me to get personally deep cause even most who know me dont know how deep I am, dont know the scars I carry, or the guilt I havent let go of. I have been thru hell more times then I can count, I have had my heart broken more times then I care to remember, I have disappointed more people then I personally know. Those are the scars, the pain, the guilt that 99% of the people dont see. Life is a game of mirrors, we allow people to see only what we want. What people see in me is a successful person that never failed at anything and could it anything he wants, how do I know this, cause this is what people tell me when they start getting to know me. What people dont see is that Im no different then anyone else who struggles but since I have been in high profile positions I cant hide many things about me past but I have come very good at putting up walls on the emotional side. I know that I wont allow many people to ever get to truly know me, my scars are to thick to allow that and the walls are too high. I know it takes a special person to get thru those scars to truly know me. I guess what I am trying to say is two things. One, never judge a book by its cover and Two, life is a game of mirrors with light and dark areas. My life outside has been bright as s cloudless sunny day but inside most of it has been dark. Its that darkness that has molded not just me but but everyone. That darkness has built character in all of us and made us who we are. At the end of the day though we still have a choice. We can use that darkness for good or we can use that darkness to hold us back. Its your choice. Cause Eric Thomas is right, Impossible is Nothing.
