Life is good. I can see many islands I can swim to should the waters begin to overwhelm me; Im starting a groovy chopper bicycle business; and Ive been chatting with my daughter, but... Im also initiating a new complaint with the Human Rights Tribunal, to compel the police to recognize the rights and dignity of medical marijuana patients, a time consuming and soul sucking task; and Im starting a BC Housing complaints database, because its too daunting for the disabled and poverty stricken to take on BC Housing & the BC Housing lawyers - alone. This is not my first rodeo, but even from my position of male and white privilege, poverty ensures that both entail monumental efforts. Because life is good, I cant leave the less fortunate behind in my wake while I cruise off into the sunset on my electric bicycle chopper business. In spite of my future looking brighter, my conscience keeps them in my rear view mirror, making it impossible to only focus upon the road ahead. ...it just goes to show you, its always something; if it aint one thing, its another
