Life is good. Today I had someone vent to me for five minutes - TopicsExpress

Life is good. Today I had someone vent to me for five minutes without pause (felt like thirty) about all the wrong-doings in the world. This person jumped from tragedy to tragedy so quick within that 5 minutes length of time, it was as if they were trying to cram all the suffering in a little box and hand it to me with a bow. As this person continued to express, their aura became darker and darker, and their energy flow thickened like mud. I could see this person getting frazzled just by thinking about it, and their vibration plummeted. I thought to myself, Wow, this is what illness looks like energetically. While in that state, well being was impossible -- and they were creating it all by themselves. What are you going to do about it!, the person said -- tossing their hands in the air with resignation. Its true, there isnt much to do that will directly assist -- especially the massive global issues they were expressing. But indirectly... boy howdy, there is so much to do. First off -- Im going to live my life. I can be well informed, yet I do not need to become an emotional victim of what is happening in the world that is not directly influencing my life. There is enough suffering and stress, I dont need to add my own to the pot. And if I do become directly influenced by it, I still will do my damn best to be a positive arm and voice of hope, peace, and reason. After all, we cant solve a problem with same level of consciousness that created it! Secondly -- I am going to educate people on how to embody peace, think rationally, and foster progressive responsibility. I may literally be a teacher, but all of us can do this by leading by example and passing wisdom onto the next generation while also raising the vibration of the current generations. (We could definitely improve on the leadership qualities we are mostly not teaching the upcoming generations) Thirdly -- I am going to exude joy and forever work on my personal growth. If I spend too much time worrying about everything and everyone outside of myself, I begin to drop the ball on looking inward and thus taking care of myself. I want to be a presence of joy in the lives of the people I interact with. Peace starts within the home and so does war. I may not be able to do much about the big players on the world map right now, but by just looking down the street I see plenty of stress, strife, and grief that often turns into violence -- emotional, physical, and spiritual abuse of the soul. This, I can certainly do something about, even if its just being a possibility-model in that there are other ways to live life, free of most suffering. So my invitation to all the nay-sayers, cynics, and pessimists -- let it go! This type of attitude does not actually help the world and it actually only lowers your vibration and often the vibration of the people around you. If you want to be of assistance, stay well informed -- yet use that information to promote positive change rather than just griping about whats going wrong. And if you are already promoting change and taking action, good! Yet still, embodying peace and joy is much more attractive and healthy (long-term) than getting ones blood pressure high through stress, frustration, and anger. Everyone is doing the best they can with what they know. “Know” is the key word. Our sons and daughters often do not get the attention they need to grow up and become an amazing generation of leaders because we are too distracted and do not grow ourselves into alignment, thus, they never get taught the tools they need to flourish. Focus on your life, bring it into alignment, and then go save the world if you desire
