Life is not a ladder to climb, but rather a garden to enjoy... Read this on one of the book I am reading... This strikes me in my head and heart, telling me to go slow and enjoy the process and journey of life. Life is full of challanges, take raising kid for example, when they are baby, you wish they grow to toddler soon, toddler to teens etc, what we forgot is, each stage has its own challenges, it will be better off if we could learn to breath it in, enjoy the process and be prepare and expect challenges to come in our way...rather than rushing stages of life, which we are aware, that it never stops! Since this morning, I have been trying to do this, while I drive, I tried not to rush through the traffic, while I walk, I tried to enjoy my surrounding...it helps calming me down a lot, giving me a good fresh day to start.
