Life is so overly complicated. Human emotions are both strengths and weaknesses. Feeling overwhelmed with everything. Keep thinking back to when I was financially stable and had everything it seemed. Fleeting, foolish decisions caused it all to crumble away. Wondering how I let the best days of my life fall behind me so fast. How do I climb back to those heights? The irony of being selfish because I didnt truly love myself then. Mending pieces back together to be stronger and happier within myself, and to live in the moment. Nostalgia and daydreaming about the future had previously washed the present moment out. Aspirations and dreams deferred, lost to the sands of time. Finding myself and what makes me happy. Scared to death of what it means when I think of how what I want now is what I had then, and what I wanted then is what could be easily obtained now. Melancholy and reflective the past couple days. Always have a moment of reflection when the chapters of life change. Ramblings from a lost mind on this sunny Tuesday afternoon.
