Lifes all about going big. Big Chest, big ollies and big percentages of liquor. An hour long workout is only 4% of your day, NO EXCUSES!! I go to the gym 6 days a week and do isolated bicep curls in my room 7 days a week just so i can drop independent liquor for reducing codys™ to 7%.
