Yes, I was convicted after talking to a lady in wheel chair who will never walk again, meanwhile I have been complaining about my injury that has taken me out of my high heels for a few weeks. People can function in the community when provided varying degrees of support, and should be encouraged to function as independently as possible. People should play active roles in the helping process. The helping system must be flexible as people’s needs and strengths are unique, wide ranging, and vary over time.
