Light does not feel like a pull, it feels like a song in your soul, music. Think of walking on the beach in the sunshine... You dont have an overwhelming pull to stay there forever. It feels light and airy and high vibrational. It speaks to your own light and you recharge. Darknes or, ill intent feels like something pulling at you (this is actually energy leaving your body and space) a lower vibration that will drain you, make you feel tired, or hungry. If you are drawn to someone you just meet or hear about strongly, be careful. People are often very high on others energy. It is not an indication of their goodness, spirituality nor intentions. Things like drama, illness, drained energy in those around them, substance abuse, food abuse are all indications of lower vibrations. If you are an open person , you are very susceptible to being drawn in and drained. Being drained by ill thoughts towards you is the cause of physical, emotional and mental dis-ease. Prctice a daily meditation, protection from divine power, fasting and self love. Disconnect from those you are not sure of for a time and see what happens.
