Light has come into this world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through Him. John 3:19-21 Maybe your not religious, but the morality of this verse is very powerful and should be taken into consideration. For myself, I realized I want to live in the light. To do what is best, and to inspire everyone around me. We either unconsciously or consciously evolve, with our soul and personality. The actions you made/make in life today contributes to that, and same goes for tomorrow. I had a life changing near-death experience this previous weekend, which included a good fall to the concrete leading with my head, followed by a 10 minute seizure and almost a trip to the casket. I thought I was going to die in that moment in time, as I was reaching for reality that seemed impossible to get back to. The doc said I lost blood pressure to the head, because of the substances I had consumed; therefore making me have a seizure as my body was frantically searching for oxygen. But, the swelling on my noggin has been suppressed greatly, I feel much better, and my bumps and bruises are healing in nice timing. This has made me so thankful to be alive today, i know it sounds cheesy. But real talk, my outlook on life is completely different. I can now say my depression has been lifted off my chest, and my motivation to live and to make a difference in this world is finally being brought out in me. I ask my generation of young people to be careful with what you do, know your limits, and be in a safe environment when your having fun. I personally will refrain from these things for a very long time, possibly forever. And just maybe, my actions from here on out will reflect my true personality and inspire others in my peer group to do the same. Thanks for reading if you did. Much love people
