Light misty rain and snow in the foothills and mountains Tuesday evening through Wednesday noon. But, I predict clearing on New Years Eve as the rain and snow move on to the East. But wow is it going to be Cold; record setting cold, cold, cold in all the Southwest and most of he nation. A few flakes may be spotted in the air in our inland communities, but I am not predicting snow below 1,800 feet.
