The Committee is in full effect and planning a great weekend for everyone. We don’t want anyone to miss out on this fun-filled weekend, so we are asking that you forward this email to any and all our classmates, friends and family members who would be interested in attending the ‘Light of the 80’s Class Reunion 2014’.The dates for this reunion is: May 22-25, 2014 Holiday Inn Airport Evansville, IN. As always, we are asking that your fees are sent in a timely manner so we are able to reserve our venues and pay the deposits needed for a successful reunion. Again, we have an incentive programs for everyone. Our fees will be the same as the last reunion ($100.00 p/p) all inclusive. If you send in your fees before December 31, 2013, the price will be $80.00 p/p ($20.00 discount p/p). Again, we are offering a payment plan. Classmates are able to send what they can until the balance is paid in full. As you all know, the reunion weekend is also EVSC High School graduation weekend. If you know of any family members that are coming, get them a ticket as well. Our 2014 Itinerary: Thursday, May 22 Packet pick-up/meet and greet (Anyone who picks up their packet gets an opportunity to win prizes) Friday, May 23 Packet pick-up Casino Night (Great Prizes) Dance Saturday, May 24 The’ Rodney Bennett’s 3 on 3 Basketball Tourney (Men and Women) Recognition/Scholarship Banquet Dance Sunday, May 25 Jazz Picnic-Burdette Park Sunday Night Dance Party We will continue have a Memorial, at our banquet, for those classmates who have passed away. Again, we need your help with names of our deceased classmates so we do not leave anyone out. Please contact Bridget Tate @ 812-773-1039 with names. The 2014 committee, Dwan Redding, Rick Bledsoe, Darrin Outlaw, Detral Laird, Bridget Tate, Tracy Williams and I, are diligently working hard on this reunion for you.
