Light.......where would we be without it? Obvious answer....in the dark! But lets ponder on it a moment. Of course there is light in the world. Without Thomas Edison, where would we be? But was it just his accomplishment that lights our world in darkness? Or was it the fact that he wasnt afraid to let HIS light shine, push forward, undaunted by doubters.....maybe it is THAT that truly lights our world. Do you know people like that? Are YOU like that? Fearless, empowered, driven, focused on the now, ready to light up the world with your vision, your dream, your light........Thats ME! Most days anyway.....most of the time......but why not ALL the time? Why NOT? One reason - I dont Stay Focused! Thomas Edison said, “You think about and do many different unrelated tasks every day, I focus on one thing only, my work has got to amount to something.” What do you focus on? I suggest we focus on letting our light shine, envisioning our dreams becoming reality, working hard at what we are passionate about and that, my friends, will help you let your light shine, that will put you in the ranks of Thomas Edison, bringing light into this world - not only by his obvious accomplishment of the light bulb, but by being a light, helping others to see that if we focus on our lifes work as if our work HAS GOT to amount to something, where would our world be? Lets step it up a notch - lets do this - lets BE the light for others!
