Ligue 1 saw Monaco achieve their first win in four games. With PSG - TopicsExpress

Ligue 1 saw Monaco achieve their first win in four games. With PSG again triumphing however, it may be that any dreams of a title challenge are rapidly draining away. Surprisingly, it was not Radamel Falcao that scored for Monaco. Indeed the Colombian striker was substituted just after the hour mark, following a very average performance. Is this the shape of things to come for Falcao as rumours of an exit from the south of France continue to grow apace? Falcaos replacement, 17 year-old Martial even had hand in the winning goal, offering up an assist for Obbadis long range effort. The win narrows the gap on PSG to five points, but any chance of closing that further is reliant on slip-upd from the Paris club, which simply dont look like happening. Its only November, but the French title appears to be sewn up already.
