Like I mentioned on the webinar, Roger Langille had a case of food - TopicsExpress

Like I mentioned on the webinar, Roger Langille had a case of food poisoning. Heres precisely what NOT to do: - PM him, or leave a comment on his page thanking him for his hard work - Add a note about getting well quickly - Include a question about how you listed an item and it did not sell in 48 hours and what suggestions he has (spoiler alert: his answer involves you watching videos once more, attend a live training session, or write in to the help desk in extreme situations) (Its point 3 that Id warn about the most). Please, the man works VERY hard for everyones sake, dont turn his Facebook into a support channel, especially when he doesnt have comfort foods to comfort him (Im allowed 3.7 digs per message at him, internal agreement, do not replicate). We have live trainings, a help desk with very hard working support staff (and yes, Roger, Kevin, and I answer questions ourselves and deal with issues as they come up too). In case you are stuck, please do the following: - Review the videos. I promise, if its a common issue, we have addressed it. - Attend a live webinar training. - Contact help desk - Contact your team/upline There is not a single question that wont be addressed by following these steps. Writing any of us directly often slows things down more than speeds them up, and in very critical situations, if you must contact us, please include the ticket ID from the help desk so we can review the issue.
