Like I poreviously stated i had alraedy filled a complaint aggainst this particualr officer, for improperly handling my property, as well as filled two other complaints against otgher officers. And at this present time, i wsa in the process of filling and additional czomplaint, becauae at that point in time the CPD, had failed to even give me property back, which they had improperly handled. At this point in t ime I realized that the officer was trying to trick mez, an attemp to cover his" ASS" reguarding a previous situation. I then sttaed "You know what i feel uncomfortable talking to you, and i will keep the cards and personally walk and take them to the police department when I go there to fill an additional compalint on you, and walked away from his patrol car.
