Like I tell my boys although feelings and emotions were a gift from God to navigate life thru and connect to him and all that is created around us, much of life is having to do things we dont necessarily feel like doing ... This is where the most powerful gift we were ever given comes in: CHOICE. If this was a Rock-Scissors-Paper game choice always trumps feelings. Even if you dont feel like doing something, the attitude you choose to have will determine your feelings, if you have a good attitude you can turn something mundane into be something enjoyable, if you have a pity party its your choice to be miserable.
