Like Jason, Im going to curtail my contributions to this forum as Ive been investing time here that needs to be focused elsewhere - I have a Bible School to prepare for and I expect the unity situation in Ontario is about to require more attention in the new year. In addition, I am not sure at present there is much more I can say that I have not already said. Ive tried to express the views of our EC siblings as best as I can in the absence of many of them on this forum and I hope that I have at least made the case that this is not an issue that warrants fresh schism in the One Body. This for me is the critical question. I really could care less if evolution is true or not, but I am deeply concerned about the potential for what I see as unjustified division. I would also urge that all moderate their tone in this discussion. In the past few days I have been troubled by the increasing level of sarcasm and other non-edifying discussion that I have seen here. Hope you all have a great holiday and new year - may it be the year our Lord returns!
