Like closing Open air National Parks, etc. I know a guy riding on the Tow Path in the Cuyahoga Valley that got a $75 ticket for riding his bike on the Tow Path. The Park Ranger even called the Peninsula police to help him stop this criminal. In actuality, the Peninsula police should have ignored it because it is out of their jurisdiction, since its a National park. Wish I was there with him. We would have rode on . . . . .
