So, if you can find bow… Get out your mat and give this a try. 1⃣Starting on your belly, reach back and grab your feet. 2⃣Lift up into bow. 3⃣Take a deep inhale, and on the exhale use momentum to rock onto your side. 4⃣Hold and breath there as long as youd like. 5⃣When you feel ready to do the other side use the exhale again to find your momentum to come back to the middle. 6⃣Paused to inhale and find your peak back in bow again. 5⃣Exhale and roll to the other side.
